KVS REEDAC consists of members who have put in long years of service in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. They have imbibed the spirit of the goals of their parent organization such as to pursue Excellence and set the pace in the field of school education; to initiate and promote Experimentation and Innovativeness in education; to carry out Educational Research and Training, to develop the spirit of National Integration. Having worked in different parts of the country in different settings such as defense, public sector, and civil areas, with students from a different language, socio-economic backgrounds they have a broad perspective towards the teaching-learning process. They have rich and varied experience in classroom teaching, educational administration, and teacher training. In addition, they have subject-specific and area-specific expertise gathered over the years. Taking part in innumerable workshops at the national level as participants, as Master Trainers, as Resource Persons, and Course Directors, they have gathered a wealth of experience in teacher training workshops. Being associated with CBSE, NCERT, NIOS in several ways has helped them to grow professionally. Many awards and recognitions have been conferred on them for their exemplary services. Post-retirement, the members intend to share their vast experience with educational institutes that are quality conscious.
